stage 1 - research & evaluation

at stage one our in house property analyst’s research & evaluate the initial feasibility of the opportunity. This involves the engagement of various consultants to give an initial opinion on assumptions that we may have made. Stage one will typically involve architects, planning consultants, civil engineers, roads enquiries, quantity surveyors and estate agents. This allows us to make an informed impartial assessment of the commercial aspect of the opportunity and decide whether or not it progresses to stage two.
